He is a conservationist at heart and loves marine life so much that while in the lead of a prestigious race with a golden prize, he stopped to try and rescue a whale in distress and being hunted for sinking a whaling ship.

Steve Green intercepts a radio message between the whaling Pirates and Japan, he sells his soul to SkyWi news media group who broadcast the story internationally, about the sinking and a $million dollar bounty on the rogue whale's head. Betting begins as to if the Pirates will kill the whale, or if the whale will sink another whaling ship.

Ocean conservation groups get involved and John Storm hears of the chase and starts following the story.

The betting goes viral and soon tops the $Billion dollar mark at which point the whale is named the: Billion Dollar Whale. By now the whole world is following the story, some betting on the pirates to make money with the odds against survival, others betting on the whale, hoping that the animal is strong enough to survive .......
